What this site stores

There is no general account or newsletter. The App Reviews submission form does collect the details you choose to submit so WillMakes.tv can review your app and contact you about it. What is left is analytics, ads and a couple of things your own browser remembers.

The short version

Nothing that identifies you is collected by WillMakes.tv directly. There is no sign-up and no mailing list. Google Analytics and Google AdSense are on the site, and neither sets a cookie until you press Accept on the banner.

App Reviews submissions

If you submit an app for review, the form may collect your name, email address, app details, links, lifecycle stage, requested feedback, testing notes, and your consent choices. We use that information to evaluate the submission, contact you about it, and prepare or conduct an App Reviews segment. Do not submit passwords, private keys, confidential information, or unsafe test access. Featured reviews may also be considered for a future WillMakes.tv contest or related feature, subject to separate terms announced at that time.

Cookies and storage

Set regardless of what you choose, because the site needs them:

  • theme — remembers light or dark so the page does not flash the wrong one. Stored in your browser and never sent anywhere.
  • cookie-consent — remembers your answer to the banner, so you are not asked on every page. Also local only.

Set only after you accept:

  • Google Analytics— counts pageviews and which pages get read. Until you accept it runs in Google’s consent-denied mode, which sends no cookie and no identifier.
  • Google AdSense — pays for the hosting. Until you accept, ads are non-personalised and no advertising cookie is stored.

Embedded video

Streams and clips are embedded through youtube-nocookie.com, which does not set tracking cookies unless you press play. Once you do, YouTube is handling that playback under Google’s own privacy policy. Links out to Twitch, Kick, Instagram, TikTok, X, Discord and GitHub take you to those services, which have their own terms.

Hosting

The site is a set of static files served by Netlify. Netlify keeps standard access logs, including IP addresses, as part of running the CDN.

Changing your mind

Use Cookie settings at the bottom of any page to bring the banner back and answer it again. Clearing your browser storage for this site has the same effect, and you will be asked fresh on the next visit.
